"My experience was excellent! The staff was professional as well as personable. There wasn’t any guesswork for the staff, they pinpointed my exact issues (sinusitis, ear infection, bronchitis… sheesh!!), gave me the proper treatments & prescribed meds, and had me on my way in a short period of time. Top tier!"

"I was able to get an appointment almost right away (within the next 2 hours of my call). The wait to get a room was about 30-45 min after checking in. Everything went well and smooth. I took one star away because when I asked for a copy of my X-ray image I was told it would be emailed to me but I never received it. Also, some of the staff don’t have great bedside manner, seem like they don’t enjoy their job & don’t want to be there. The young lady at the front desk is very nice & the PA that was working was also very nice and knowledgeable."

"The staff was efficient, effective and kind. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the services they provided. I had to follow up because I didn't quite understand a prescription. The office has no problem transferring my call to one of their practitioners. I am nomadic and needed immediate attention. The wait wasn't long and the office is clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who need care. THANK YOU Peachtree Immediate Care of Hiram. I pray I NEVER need to see you again. However; if I am in town or even within an hour away; I know I have someone I can count on."

"Quick, easy, and nice staff. Was nervous because I had to bring my four month old son with me but everyone was so nice and accommodating. They got me in quick and easy. And I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment online, also I didn’t have to wait for long to be brought to the back. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I had an appointment at 3:45. I got there at 3:30 and sat in the waiting room till 4:30. I got to the back in was in a holding room cause no rooms was available and the. Move to a room at 5:02. After being in the room till 5:45, I had to ask how much longer. Granted I understand people are busy. However, I didn’t expect the room to be dirty (hair was everywhere and floors look filthy) and have nasty attitudes when ask do they know how much longer. At 6:03 I finally ask for a refund. There were no people left in the waiting room. I had people who came after me, leave before me. I have came before when there was a lady doctor and she was good and efficient. I am not sure who was there today, but it was an horrible experience and felt like I was in a dirty room. Do better!"
