"Very friendly and helpful. The front desk was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The triage nurses were efficient, friendly, and respectful to our issues. The NP did not rush, and explained everything. She listened to our concerns and asked questions. She made sure we understood what was going on and gave us solutions with easy to follow directions. She also offered choices, and allowed us to make decisions on the treatment style. I was very impressed with the staff as well as the clean, spacious examination room and offices. Thank you!"

"Went in for a simple covid/flu test and two weeks later they charged my card $300 for a “new patient visit”. I was told my card would only be charged for co-pay and if there was any additional procedures or consultations with the doctor - never mentioned an automatic charge for being a new patient. Even my insurance company is confused. If this would have been explained to me correctly, would’ve left and just gone to CVS :)"

"I had an ankle injury and originally went to Floyd hospital. I sat there for 2 hours without an X-ray or speaking to anyone so I left. I woke up early the next morning around 5 AM in so much pain that I was crying. Piedmont Urgent Care has the option to schedule an appointment online, as well as being able to go ahead and fill out registration forms before your appointment so that all you have to literally do is tap the “I’m Here” button that’s provided after you successfully make your appointment. I also loved the fact that they open at 7 AM, even on SUNDAYS! Most other urgent cares in Rome open at 8 AM or after. I was quickly called to the back, had both my vitals done as well as spoke to the doctor 10-15 minutes of walking into my appointment. I had X-rays done which was SUPER FAST!! The staff and Doctor were very nice, professional, informative, and helpful! I was seen, treated, and discharged in a little less than an hour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
