"It’s been two years since my last review. Does the short doctor woman still work here? Just checking in to see if she has killed herself yet or not. It would bring me great joy if she did. Especially if half her staff killed themselves as well. Judging by the most recent reviews, it’s apparent that you guys haven’t gotten it together yet. Best of luck to you guys. This business should be shut down."

"This place needs to close down. How can you turn patients away 15 minutes before you close because y'all want to get off in time. What kind of urgent care facility is this. You should lock the doors if you are closed. Period!"

"Went for a drug screening and waited for near an hour to be seen for less than 5 minutes. The lady who helped me was not so helpful and very rude. As I was leaving I heard her make a comment to another worker about something I had asked her and they began laughing. Would not come back again."

"No one at the facility knows what they are doing. They have forms that no one reads and they just sign it. I was treated like a nuisance because I wanted to opt out of one of their practices (which the legal form explicitly states you can by signing the opt-out form). They didn't have the opt-out form available and no one knew where to get it or how to manipulate Epic to opt me out. They were also asking each other how to work EPIC. So they told me to go somewhere else and be treated. They are unable to follow their own protocol or abide by what's in their paperwork. THEY DID NOT WANT ME TO READ THE PAPERWORK. THEY SAID THEY ALWAYS JUST TELL THE CUSTOMER WHAT THE FORM SAYS. What in the world!?!? The front desk lady asked me my medical symptoms in front of other patients then accused me of wanting to be anonymous. How can I be anonymous when I've given you my insurance information, driver's license, real name, address, etc. It just baffled them that I knew my legal Health rights. This is the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever been to. I dodged a bullet."

"The care was subpar on several occasions. No real communication concerning the problem , that I went to see the doctor. It was determind that I had gout and bursitis. I was given one days dosage of medication. I was told to go to my family physician for follow-up, but I was not able to, due to business travel which I informed this office of numerous times during the visit. PRN was just rude and uncaring on several visits. PRN basically told me to leave that there was nothing they could do for me. The doctor at the location was just shallow and would not provide communication. I was told on several occasions that there was nothing that could be done, go to my family physician. When I visited my family physician it was noted that there were several treatment options I do not plan to use this site or any of the others."
