"Dr. Bowling was incredibly patient and kind! It was my first eye exam in 20 years, and I was so nervous. I had heard great things about him and he and the staff were fantastic!"

"I’ve purchased eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses and they’re ok, but the whole experience of trying to get contacts that I want is a whole different story! Tried getting the correct script for the brand to get them through my old provider after not liking the trials provided there has been a nightmare, and now they’re telling me it’s been too long and I’d have to pay for another exam. I’m going back to my old provider to get that now, and should’ve stayed there to begin with!"

"Wow. This place is beyond unorganized. It should be a simple process. I called asked if they take my insurance. Yes we do. Great. Went there and the lady (said on her coat she was a certified optometrist) was very rude right off the bat. We don't take your insurance. I explained that the person that took my appointment told me they did .Well they take the insurance for the "materials" bit not the exam. The exam would be out of pocket. Never experienced this before. I've been going to eye doctors for decades. My advice. Just drive to the next town first, you will save time in the long run."
