"I needed a mental health doctor that excepted my insurance, so I found this one an hour and 15 minutes away from me . I got there on time but because it was my first time , I didn't know exactly where the office was in the building so I was 2 minutes late past the 15 minute window . Dr. Beckner declined to see me when he could have chosen to after knowing clearly that the receptionist messaged him stating that I came a long way . I left very upset and I would not recommend someone that has no sympathy for the mental health patients they're there to see."
