Open seven days a week, we are here to help you heal and feel better quickly.
At MainStreet Urgent Care, we offer medical care for a variety of conditions, from coughs and fevers to animal bites and broken bones. We recommend registering online to reduce wait times at our clinic. Most major insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid.
For non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, MainStreet Family Care is the place to go. Walk-ins are welcome, but online registration is recommended to minimize wait times. We also offer primary care services in Centre, providing compassionate and quality care for all patients.

It was clunky to the point, that after the fifth attempt, I gave up and requested human assistance. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Short wait time. Extremely clean. "Did not have that family setting what so ever. No one at the front desk. Just felt cheaply ran and lack of customer service. Cost me 129.00 dollars for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong with me cause they only test for the 3 main viruses covid, flu, and strep which was all negative. I got 2 shots and a 4 dollar prescription 129.00 dollars and a 4 dollar prescription and 2 shots later still sick. Didn't give me a diagnosis for anything just felt like a waste of money and time."

"After "home"testing positive for Covid and dealing with a tough cough, I made an appointment via my phone. I signed in via their kiosk and was taken back within minutes. I found the the staff professional and friendly. The NP that I saw was very knowledgeable and informative. She called in the scripts I needed to my pharmacy and I was on my way. Very convenient for an after regular business hours visit."
"My husband was pretty sure he was dying. He wasn’t and everyone there was amazing. My only complaint is that they wouldn’t keep him there for the duration of his sickness. Seriously, they were quick, thorough, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. They are definitely going to become our primary care providers."
