"Went in several weeks ago for a quote on home, four autos, farm and a commercial building. Gave the young man all the information. He told me he could quote everything except the commercial. Said the guy who does the commercial would be in later today to work up that quote. The guy even called me back with some follow up questions. Never heard back from anyone! If they won’t respond when I’m trying to pay them, just imagine the problem I’d have if I had a claim!!"
