"This review is for the reception(check in only). This is my wife's first visit of the new year she along with my parents have been long time patients my wife entered for her appointment and presented insurance as she normally does to be told that we had a 800 dollar deductible and that whatever the cost of today's visit would have to be paid 100 percent so we call blue cross blue shield and there is no such with my insurance no 800 deductible no 100 percent for routine in network visits so she goes back in and explains to front desk and the reception tries to argue but takes it to the back and sure enough she was WRONG and issues one of the fakest appoliges what is sad is the people that probably don't question this or think to call there insurance and make sure when stuff like this happens I pay nearly 200 dollars a week for insurance so we knew automatically that something was keyed or entered wrong but got it straight and she's waiting now to see the Dr my advice is to educate yourself on your policy and I hope this helps current and future patients the D rs are great but there front desk needs attention and more willing to except they make mistakes as we all do."
