"Just saw Dr. Raisig for the first time. After 40 years in patient care I am picky about doctors, I found him to be quite impressive. He noticed things no one else ever has, and that’s without me telling him. So glad I went to see him and excited about getting started in his wellness program."

"In my opinion, Dr. Raisig is a very good Doctor. But, when you are there, 10 minutes before your appointment time. And you are still waiting 2 hours later to see he. Something is wrong. I think the staff should tell you if you have more then a 30 minute wait, ask if you want to wait or reschedule. I value my time. And to wait two hours and not see the Doctor is ridiculous. I hope they read this and work on it."

"Love the care I receive from Dr. Raisig, he is patient, thorough and beyond knowledgeable in every aspect of health issues. The staff is very professional, however there were some problems in the past with getting prescriptions called in but I feel they have resolved these issues. I believe in discussing problems and help to resolve instead of just posting horrible reviews. I will continue to use Dr. Raisig even though we moved 30 miles away. My husband and I both go to this Dr."

"It literally breaks my heart to write this review as I’ve been a patient here for 15+ years but have made the difficult decision that this practice no longer cares about their patients. Not sure when the care and concern stopped but I can assure you it’s gone. Over the last year I’ve been told three times “that’s not my issue” when they made changes and failed to notify me. First they quit seeing patients under 21 no notice leaving my son (a patient since he was 15) with no doctor when he was 20. Second they did not bill insurance correctly for my husbands services. My bill for same services was covered by our insurance his wasn’t leaving us with a huge bill and no resolve. Third, they authorized refills on my medication and offered to fill there for me. Okay but now they decided no more refills and I must be seen to get a refill.I was just in last month! Again no communication. Each of these instances as well as many others I have asked to speak to the office manager without any resolve. I honestly don’t even know if she gets my multiple messages as when the EXTREMELY RUDE Maria gets on the phone she refuses to let me even leave a message for my doctor of 15+ years?!?! The office has gone to hell and management obviously doesn’t care at this point. I will be very public in telling everyone to avoid this practice in the future. Extremely disappointing considering I had been there so long. But if Maria is allowed to be hateful and name call to patients, I’m out."
