"Great facility and Dr. Harris seems to be a knowledgeable doctor and very caring. I would have given maybe an extra star if not for the fact that communication with them is terrible. It is promised, at the beginning, that you will always get to speak to someone. Unfortunately, that is really not the case. You will always have to leave a message, and if you are lucky, someone will call you back, but don't count on it. They have an excellent sales pitch. I am editing my earlier review, above, due to the fact that after two days, we still have not received a return call. I guess one can only speak directly to a doctor if you make an appointment first. God forbid it should be something important to you to speak to a doctor about. My wife and I were very upbeat at first with the center, however, it has gone into a steep decline since. Should anyone from Harbin Cancer Center read this, take a look outside at the name on your conference center on the 3rd. floor. My wife's father paid for that. Third edit on this post. After not hearing from the doctor at the Cancer Center for two days, we finally got a call from his PA. This was on a Thursday, and I pleaded for a return call the Tuesday prior. We convinced the PA that my wife needed to have some tests run to find out why she was feeling so badly. The PA had us come in on Friday, and the tests showed some very alarming low numbers as to kidney functions. However, no suggestion was made. We received a copy of the numbers on my wife's patient portal and showed them to a close friend of ours who is a retired physician. He became alarmed and contacted two doctors who he knows and read them the numbers. All agreed that she had to go to the hospital immediately. On Saturday, she was admitted and remains there as of this writing, Monday evening. She was in complete kidney failure. So, if this is the type of care you want, go for it. Not us, anymore. This is a total travesty. Fourth and final edit to this review. It seems that the people of Harbin Cancer Center do, in fact, read Google reviews. It is a shame that one has to post a negative review in order to get noticed. Cancer is a terrible, scary disease which affects not only the patient but those loved ones around them. No one should have to jump through hoops to get noticed! I will finally end my reviews of them by saying this. Atlanta has tremendous medical facilities which are just an hour and a half drive away. Isn't an hour and a half drive worth your time when you have cancer and can get the best help that you deserve and need? My answer to that is, YES! Okay, I have to post an addition to my previous review, even though I said I was finished. My wife had 33 radiation treatments for her tongue cancer. Three months after completing her final treatment, we were asked if she had been given a mouth guard to wear during each treatment. The answer is NO, that was never explained to us, nor did the radiation oncologist tell the radiation techs about it. She now has a bone protruding through her gum. Need I say more? Smells a little like malpractice to me. November 11, 2019. Several months after my wife's cancer treatment, she went back to her oncologist for a follow up. This time, however, it was with his PA. The PA told her that she needed to be following up with her ENT, who had found the cancer in the first place. EXCUSE ME???? Everything I have read states that the oncologist, Dr. Harris, is the team leader, the captain of my wife's cancer ship. Not in Harbin's mind. Nope. They are turning her back to the ENT. Sorry Harbin, but your logic sucks. People, if this is what you want for the fight of your life, be my guest. If nothing else....GET A SECOND OPINION AND NOT AT HARBIN CANCER CENTER."

"A great experience. Everyone was caring and all my questions were answered. Gold star to Christy who got me thru the procedure with dignity and the most caring attitude. Thanks to the doctor who did the procedure. He knew just when i needed more numbing medicine. Best of all the outcome was the best i could have asked for. Thank you Harbin Cancer Center."
