"Used them for my son in 2020 and for my daughter in 2023. The doctors are pretty great but have for sure changed things around and the staff isn't doing as good as they used to. The super low rating is for whoever is scheduling appointments. They are very rude and unprofessional. I called today Friday December 15th 2023 at 1:00pm and after waiting on the line a woman picks up the phone says “ugh oh my god!…” and immediately hung up on me. I hadn’t even said a word. I’m baffled. This isn’t the first time either."

"I've been going here since 2012 Dr. Jarvis delivered my daughter that year. But in 2017 when I delivered my son same Dr. Well a couple weeks after my son was born I get a call from a Detective saying i was being accused by a staff here saying I stole her wallet at nurses station, an went to Walmart to use card WRONG wasn't me. Mind yall even the Detective was rude n was saying its me n if it isn't me then come show your face. I did. Had to leave my couple week son with family to prove was already going through postpartum so this made it worst. So weeks later I go to my 6 week check up at WNC. Ask them why they accuse me of doing such thing without proper facts. Well all I got was a pat on back and a sorry but today I still get kinda depressed from this. Yet I still give these ppl a visit for health today 2022. I still feel like WNC swept this one under rug. No one cared. Just a slap."

"Dr Brass delivered my girls 2 years ago and will be delivering my son on the 6th of December! He is an amazing surgeon! Could barley notice my scar at all! The PAs in the office are supper friendly as well! While I love that dr brass delivers my children I prefer to see Donna bonk for regular appointments and throughout pregnancy. The office is really good about scheduling me in with who I’d like to see. I love it here! Amazing staff and during pregnancy they become your second family!"

"I love my doc here at Nortons. She is amazing, attentive, she really listens and cares more than just about your physical. She often asks about my husband and kids. She listens when I tell her about issues with my meds, my weight or whatever else that she can help with."

"If I could give a lower rating I would! The last time I went in for a regular check-up I had to wait hours as I was been treated as a "new patient". Last year I started having issues. They refused to see me because my insurance would only cover an exam every 3 years. Today I called to make an routine check-up appointment and was told "you haven't been here in a while" I explained why I hadn't been there in "a while", they refused to make an appointment the last time. Then I was told I can see the doctor once every two years on my insurance. I am just glad my issue that I was experiencing last year was nothing very serious. There are other gynecological issues besides pregnancy that is just as important. Getting the rest of society and our doctors to understand that is another matter."
