"The staff here was great! I was a little scared a first but they made me feel so comfortable I was able to open up about my health history! They took my blood and the process of getting poked is scary but they did if so smooth I didn't know I was poked I just seen blood flowing in bottles. As I was leave I got stickers lol also was told by everyone to have great day which was so nice! Look forward to coming here in future for check ups. Glad I made physicians care my primary care provider! Thanks guy!"

"I'm not really one for medical facilities but due to an illness that insisted on sticking around I caved and went to the doctor. Upon arrival, I was treated respectfully by the receptionist who was very pleasant and answered promptly any questions I had. When called back the triage nurse Gwen was very pleasant and complimented on my appearance. From there she took into a room and straight away figured on why I was there. She expressed great concern for my illness. Dr. Calvin was very thorough in his investigation into my foot pain asking questions and very attentive to my feedback. His bedside manner was awesome. He suggested a combo shot to help reduce the inflammation and Gwen handle that with ease. She is so gentle that I didn't even feel the needle go in. I highly recommend this facility and I will be back. Thanks Urgent Team!"

"Great experience overall, 10/10. Great customer service at the front. The receptionist was very nice, and patient with me today. Took me forever to get into my insurance and find my ID. Went as soon as they opened so after I found what I needed and finished my appointment set up over the phone I was called in. The doctors were great. The blonde woman doctor, can’t remember her name. Very funny, had a good time speaking to her. In and out with my appointment in like less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend"
