"Getting an MRI done while 29 weeks pregnant is not usual and for weeks I was nervous. My technician I believe her name was Laura was the BEST! She talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable. She went above and beyond. I am claustrophobic and I did not have any issues at all."

"Had an X-ray of my shoulder. Clean office. I was in and out in 10 mins. Imaging is on the 2nd floor. Can park up there or take the elevator if you park on the lower deck."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They do not give you instructions on where their office is located which is on the second floor of Walgreens. They are understaffed and have horrible customer service skills. I have never had such a bad experience in my life."

"I've had a CT scan and MRI done here, and both experiences were top notch. As one who feels anxious about scans, both techs were so comforting and put me at ease. Other Piedmont imaging locations have been great, but this is my preferred location."

"This appointment was a bit emotional for me for several reasons and I started to feel light headed during my imaging appointment so asked if I could have a glass of water. The tech was annoyed by this request and told me that if I was light headed that I needed to leave because she couldn't help me and didn't want to lose her license? I started to tear up a little and she said "why are you crying?", making me feel stupid. As I drank my water the front desk called her imaging suite and asked her about her timing since they were running behind. She proceeded to tell him in an annoyed voice ALL about my situation and that I was light headed, crying etc,. I interrupted and told her I was fine because I was embarrassed. Overall, I got through the imaging, but felt like I was such an inconvenience to tech for being there. Most importantly though, I wish she could have offered me a bit more compassion and understanding that appointments like this are scary for some people and that you don't know what other people are dealing with. I realize I was late, but I don't think that warranted the attitude I received from the tech."
