"Honestly, this was the weirdest experience at an eye clinic I've had. First, I had to wait for 40 minutes just to check in for my appointment, but that didn't bother me as much as the appointment itself. I came in for an annual comprehensive eye exam + to renew my annual prescriptions for both glasses and contacts - a pretty basic thing you do every year if you're nearsighted. They told me that they don't do prescriptions for contacts (aren't all optometrists/ophthalmologists supposed to learn how to do that in med school?) and only gave me one prescription for glasses with an error in it, so I'll have to get another one anyway. They didn't do any retinal imaging or an eye pressure test (normally a doctor will take an Optomap image and discuss it in detail with you at your annual comprehensive exam). Since my last year's exam, my myopia has progressed significantly (at the age of 30, which is not normal), but the doctor didn't really provide much information on what's going on or what needs to be tested/treated. She looked like she was hoping I won't ask any questions. My insurance only covers 1 annual comprehensive exam per year, so I regret I've wasted it on this appointment. Now I will have to go to another doctor at my own expense to get both prescriptions + retinal imaging done."

"I would not even be giving this one star but obviously I have to. I was seen on Sep 8th and my referral was sent that day, they kept giving me a run around saying call back call back then someone said it was pending. Then I called back again and they stated they had nothing. Nobody would help me, I requested a supervisor numerous of times. All together I probably called 20 times maybe more. Then today I get a text stating I made an appointment for oral surgery next year in March 2024 but my mouth is infected and I need four wisdom teeth pulled. Also I didn't receive a call to set an appointment either! This place is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to "HELP". I do not recommend this place at all! The only reason I am even going to proceed is due to peach state is not taken anywhere else! I have had two infections in my mouth since the 8th of this month and these people do not care! It is ridiculous that I am having to wait until March to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled! A better system is definitely needed. Also the CSR suck and do not do their jobs! I work in a call center so I understand how the process works, but this is my life they are playing with! If you can avoid Grady stay away!"

"The care I received her it was great. The medical staff is polite and move fast and they’re good at what they’re doing. However, I don’t think it’s right that you have to pay for your doctors appointment and then pay for parking as well. Apparently they only validate parking for people over 60 years old. It just screams greed!"

"I received great care at this facility. As I walked in, I was greeted by Sy, who was extra pleasant and highly efficient. She was very professional, very helpful, and didn't mind doing her job. Next I saw Renisha, also very pleasant. She did an excellent job of making sure I understood the instructions that I was given. She even escorted me to the pharmacy, when I asked where it was. Lastly, I saw Roshondra, and she was very nice also. She did her job well and had me on my way quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this facility was a wonderful experience for me. My appointment was 8:00 a.m., and I was walking out, meds in hand by 9:00. Marti"

"I love Grady!! They have really stepped up their game! I had an appointment at Pre admission testing, and Sy at the front desk gave me some info on how to renew my Medicaid by scanning a QR code, once I receive my predetermination letter to renew my Medicaid. People are really sleeping on big Grady!!"
