"Worst emergency ever. Went in at 20 weeks pregnant. And had just found out. So I went in to check on the baby since I have no insurance to see a OB. They tell me since I have no symptoms I have to make an appointment with a OB. And they do not just do check ups on the baby. How do I see a OB with no insurance?. That was the point of going in."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN. my one-year-old fell and cracked her head open we got there 15 minutes after it happened at 11 PM and did not leave until 5:30 AM we didn’t see a doctor until 5 AM they took her temperature when we got there had us wait in the waiting room didn’t even check to see if she was still bleeding ever again they called three people back that Doctor after we did that we’re not urgent before my daughter when the doctor did say yes he said that our charge was literally lost for five hours and that’s why I took them so long even getting discharged took 30 minutes we have an appointment with her pediatrician tomorrow to make sure all is well but it’s a horrible place in general there were also an old woman who had a broken arm and was profusely sweating that was not seen until six hours after She got there and a woman who had cut her fingers open with a box cutter it didn’t leave until after we did"

"If I could rate a negative star, I would! My mother went into the ER around 2am because her blood pressure was sky high. After she arrived she told them her allergy list and they still gave her medication she was allergic to. Causing her to have an allergic reaction and her blood pressure to go up even higher. She didn’t call until about 6am and told me they were trying to kill her because she couldn’t breathe and was vomiting everywhere. When I arrived around 8:30 it was roughly 3 hours before a nurse even came in to check in her. After me calling multiple times asking to speak with the doctor or just anybody about what is going on. Still have received no answers as to what is going on. Terrible service !!! Mind you my mother is new to Anniston so she had no clue it would be this bad ! Hospital needs to be closed down!!!"
