"First off the triage nurses were great they did their part the first 20 minutes I was there and they were very professional and nice. But after sitting in the waiting room with pain from my gallbladder and chest pains running down my arm and up my neck, go ask the guy at the front desk does he know who much longer it will be and without asking my name or anything else he just says as soon as we have a bed open. And then they told another man he had to wait until 2am. I will never use this emergency room again!! Older people we're crying in pain while they took the younger ones back first and most of them looked as if they're there for pain meds."

"My daughter went with T1D complications. The room was extremely disgusting with old splatters of blood on the bed railing and the previous patient apparently had to be suctioned and they left the container of bloody mucus in her room. (I have photos) The dust looks an inch thick in there. I am surprised they pass inspection. I did tell the nurse about the body fluids left in the room and none of them even knew the last patient had that procedure done. Very unorganized, dirty and unprofessional."

"Came here as a level two trauma vehicle verses pedestrian. No trauma assessment done upon arrival. No actual following of triage protocols. Wish I could give it zero stars. Greenville deserves better. They literally just let you sit there in pain with bodily injuries. This hospital is a joke. Go to to baptist in Montgomery. You will not be taken care of here."

"I had to have surgery September 19, 2023 and the same day surgery unit was great. All the staff was extra nice, they made sure I was comfortable, and understood everything. They where all very nice and took great care of me before surgery and after. The first shift nurses where very sweet, the anesthesia team was great, they explained everything and was very nice. The Doctor, Dr. Young, was great, I was very nervous, but every one made me feel comfortable and it was not a bad experience at all. I would recommend this hospital."

"I had to bring my wife to the emergency room because she was having terrible pain in her side and chest. She also just had surgery 3 days prior. We called the surgeon first and he recommended that we take her to the emergency room, so that’s what we did. After we got to a room and the doctor came in he told us we should have went back to the hospital where she had her surgery. I understand that her surgery wasn’t performed at this location, but I was doing what the surgeon said and secondly it’s at least a hour to the other hospital and I didn’t know if she had that time. The doctor showed lack of concern for my wife’s safety and well being and also very rude! I don’t know now if I would trust the doctors at this hospital with doing or at least making an effort to make you better! After being for the better part of the day he decides to contact the surgeon to get his opinion! Well I gave him the surgeons opinion when he first came in but he rude and didn’t pay me no attention.There’s plenty more I could write about but I’m not here to write a book."
