"I have always had an excellent experience until the last and current one. Someone made changes to my chart, records concerning my medications. I have taken Oxycodone 10/325 for over 10 years. I do not abuse the usage. Their use of Tylenol caused me stomach distress , horrible diarrhea and Esophageal Reflux. This made me very ill and destroyed my trust in doctors here.I'll be leaving tomorrow and going home...one way or the other... I give 5 stars to some nurses, most patient techs and cleaning department ...God Bless all those who took such good care of me..."

"I had total knee replacement there and had a fantastic visit. I had Dr. Jeffrey Lawler perform the surgery. I had a large corner room on the 3rd floor rm# 306. The staff from point of entry to departure were exceptional, all were out of their way nice and I'm just not saying this. Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful, which made my visit Relaxing and worry free. I remember a few names Candy, Stan, Reanna, Mercy, Tim Ashleigh etc. Thank you so much for the hospitality and making me feel at ease. Thank you all sincerely James Jenkins"

"I have been to the Stringfellow campus several times for the same condition. I had a large kidney stone that was not going to pass without intervention. Everyone was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient from the ER staff, the nurses on the floor, to the operating room staff. I had such a wonderful experience and want to thank everyone involved in my care! You made an uncomfortable time much better."

"If I could give a 0 I would. The nurses were nice most of them, there was a few , but dealing with what all they had going on I can understand why. . And doing everything they possibly could. The place was so busy it was crazy. Where my compliments come in. I took my daughter for stomach pains and other issues. She is extremely shy. Well when we finally get into a room. The rude man that calls himself a Dr. Ohbuchi Sampson, as I began to speak tells me to be quiet. Tells her to look him in the eyes when speaking to him. What part of extremely shy don't he get. She was doing good to just be there. Then he sent us on our way 30 minutes later still unknown as to what really is wrong. If you are sick and he is on call run away as fast as you can."

"They don't listen very well. You go to be treated when sick or needing a procedure done but they either forget you and leave you sitting for hours or rush you and don't do compassion. From one extreme to the other. They are not the best care givers and even less since joining RMC hospital, I must admit"
