"Ordered an ultimate fry waited almost 20 minutes until I spoke up. The guy sending out orders. Maybe the manager was very sarcastic when I asked for my food after waiting. Small portion and he threw it together. Then question after I asked for ketchup. Really!!!"
"I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and they were on there so the food was ruined for my husband. I tried to eat it but there was no taste to the meat and it was way under portioned and didn't taste at all good. I dont know about the new management. The meat on one was burnt and just not what Im used to getting here."
"Door dash order for 90$. Was missing order of fries and drinks and tasted like the entire ocean of salt was poured on the sandwich. Will not ever eat this place again. Literally got in the car and went and picked up firehouse subs. Highly advise eating something/anything else."
"$100 doordash order RUINED TWICE....they are incompetent to following written directions, if I ask for no pickles no tomatoes then they shouldn't be on my sandwich if I asked for extra mayo then I shouldn't have received a sandwich with spot of bare bread, that's not even a normal amount, each side of the bun should be covered and then double covered in mayo if I asked for extra, if I asked for NO PROVOLONE, extra SWISS THEN why was there provolone and not even extra provolone on my sandwich. These ppl messed up my original order and then messed up my reorder... Quite frankly and truth be told, working at a fast food restaurant completing orders is equivalent the worksheet kindergartens complete, draw a line from the picture cat to the word cat, if you catch my drift, so it's kinda sad grown supposedly minimumly educated individuals can't figure it out"
