"Pulled into the stall, she answered our button, but then after we started talking, they told us to pull around. We were not in the drive thru, which was confusing. We pressed the button again to try to finish giving our order. Nothing. We had to keep pressing the button and then after another customer was getting frustrated, only then did someone come out and try to take our order. I've never seen worse service at a sonic."
"They get my order wrong every single time I go through the drive through. Using the app they get it right though. But even when they get it wrong the food is still great even if it's not what I ordered so I don't complain. Oh, also, most of the people at this location don't know the menu at all and will question my sanity at the dive thru thinking I'm making up menu items. It's kind of fun though. I like to see how unbelievable I can make a real menu item sound. Overall I live within a stones throw of this place so for better or worse they are my sonic. So I learn to love. I'm a New Yorker so this is a lot like the relationship we have with our local bodega owner. I appreciate that and it kind of gives the place a charm."
"Drinks were brought to us 45 minutes after the app checked in.. which was 35 after the machine stated the food(kid meals) were out for delivery "leaving the kitchen". Drinks & ice were spilled in the drink carrier. The lady offered no help or napkins. I had to quickly removed the other large drinks to pickup the two spilled drinks. She offered no remakes. What a frustrating experience"
"Went through the drive thru with a hoarse voice… I went to the window cause they couldn’t understand me… I was told by management that they can’t take orders at the window… to go back through the line. Instead of taking my order. Went back through the line where I was told at the speaker to come to the window. Exhausted after leaving the hospital I did ask to speak to management. I was determined to taste the new strawberry float my son was treating me to and did. It was good but service sucked here"
