Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent workers. I ordered a vegetarian bowl Online. Yesterday 2/11/24- I did the pick up order through the app. Upon arrival the workers were already rude and short- brained. I told the Gentlemen my name and he rolled his eyes and handed me my order. First off, he forgot the chips clearly stated on the bag. When i waved to let him know, he opened the window rudely. Then proceeded to hand me a bag with about 10 chips in them. After this I just drove off defeated and confident the bag labeled with MY NAME had MY FOOD. Upon eating the entree I quickly noticed this wasn't my bowl. They have me Barbacoa instead of sofritas. I have been a vegetarian for about five years now. I got very sick. The employees here simply DGAF about the customers who are paying $20 for a wrong bowl?? I need this management to hit me up at soon as possible. I am not a happy customer!!! This location is a sad excuse for an establishment. sincerely, A sick customer."

"I visited this location during dinner rush hour and was surprised at the speed and quality they were able to produce quality food. Their staff were awesome and the location was clean and all of the items were available.I ordered their burrito bowl with chicken and am extremely satisfied with the bowl.They also had a drive through and a separate counter where staff were preparing food for the drive through lane. It is also situated in a very great location beside apartments,Top golf,pickleball place and also andretti for arcade games etc.Its very easy to grab dinner and visit those places in one go by walking a few steps."

"Never again! When you decide to patronize an establishment, It's great to receive customer service with at least a half smile. In this place, you feel like you are bothering them to service you. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!"

"This was my first time at Chipotle since I usually go to Barberito’s. I placed a mobile order for the chipotlane, which I’ve never heard of but it’s basically a drive thru for mobile orders only. There’s no speaker or anything you just go straight to the window. There was no line and as soon as I got there the employee just asked for my name and immediately gave me my food. So the speed of service was excellent. Everything was correct - I ordered 2 bowls + 2 sides of chips and it came with utensils and napkins too. Now on to the food - I ordered a veggie bowl so it came with free guac which is nice. I also got sour cream in it and the overall food tasted good but I’m just disappointed they don’t have chipotle ranch. It would’ve tasted better for me with chipotle ranch and I don’t think they put enough sour cream (I ordered the normal amount). I also wish they had regular tomatos instead of pico like Barb’s do. One thing I really didn’t like was that they were stingy with the chips. The picture is from right when I opened the bag for the first time and both sides of chips were like that. At Barb’s I would’ve gotten double that. So all in all it was ok but I think I’ll stick with Barb’s."
