"DoorDash order 2/14/24: This is the first time we experienced an issue with our delivery order. Today our order was not good. All (3) salads had mostly hard and rotten pieces. The cucumbers were mushy and didn't even look like cucumbers. The fish was a bit overcooked and dry. The potatoes were hard and not "whipped" at all. Overall, we were disappointed because we have never had an issue before and we’re all looking forward to a nice meal."
"Below average experience for a chain restaurant. They seemed understaffed. We had to ask for silverware, plates for when the appetizers arrived, and water (asked 3 separate times) The food came out quickly, and it was good. The crab chowder was a bit too cold for my liking. We were still eating and drinking when the bill arrived. Waiting is a tough job so my hat is off to those who do it, but there are certain basic things that one expects to be done to make the evening a pleasant one and our waiter failed at every single one."
"We had our early Valentine dinner at Bonefish Grill, four course wine dinner. Everything was great except we had to share a table with other couples. I really wish I was told about the seating arrangements when making my reservation. Back to the food...compliments to the chef!"
"We came here with the whole family (party of 8) and they truly provided an amazing experience. I have been to Bonefish before but this was extra special. The waiter was awesome and friendly and accommodating, felt like part of the family, his name is JK, and he was great. The manager came over and checked in with us and was very nice. They surprised us with a champagne toast, and the champagne was actually very good. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for all you guys did to make our visit special!"
"First time eating at this restaurant and my family and I really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was amazing and very calming. The service was top notch, the server never forgot about us. The timing of the food arriving at our table was great. After the appetizer or near the end of the appetizer salads came. When we were through eating our salads the entrées were brought to the table. Food was hot and cooked how you ordered the food. Overall it was a great experience and now one of my favorite restaurants in Buford."
