"I went to this location on my lunch break. I was greeted right away when I arrived. I ordered The Beast, the #30. I noticed it was the same amount of meat as the other subs, although it was supposed to be twice the meat. I asked for my sauces on the side, and that's when my experience changed from good to just okay. I was told that I couldn't get my sauces on the side because they didn't have containers to put it in. I asked if I could use a cup and was told no. I then said I'll just cancel it then since I can't get it like I want. She said to me that I've already made it and are you gonna pay for it? I told her no. Long story short, be prepared to pay for food you can't have your way."
"One of the better Subways ive been to. The lady that runs it is great. It always has fresh food and is kept very clean. I've only received bad service a few times over the years."
"I’ve been going to this Subway location for quite a few years and have never had any issues whatsoever. Service is fast, friendly and accurate whether ordering in person, or ordering on the app and picking up. And of course, everything always taste fresh and delicious. Thank you!"
"Some of the worst customer service I've experienced!! This Subway's employees have treated me like dirt!! They treat me like I don't speak clear enough (and yet when my friend who's right next to me tells the employee what he wants, oh he can hear HIM perfectly!!) Also my coupons were rejected just because your employees made some lame excuse "Oh, sorry um, only one person can use cash and the other has to use a card!!" Are you kidding me?!!!! Cash is cash!! Honestly I consider this as discrimination!!!! I will NEVER eat at this Subway again!! And I strongly advice other's to avoid this location!!! Honestly I wish this Subway would shut down and be replaced by either a Firehouse Subs or Jimmy Johns!! Both of these places are FAR superior in quality of their food and overall customer service!!"
