"I was pleasantly surprised today when I arrived at this Suwanee location (within Kroger shopping center - Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd and Taylor Rd). The restaurant was clean, the attendant was very polite, and helpful. Most importantly my order was ready for pickup! They now have your order placed within a food warmer with a glass front door. You retrieve your order via an email sent to you including a three digit code and QR code (you choose which one to use) for access to your order that is kept warm for you. This was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. I will definitely order from this specific location again! The pizza was good... my daughter and I enjoyed the meal."

"Carleton B really went above and tonight. He's working really hard to turn it around. For anyone that had horrible experience with the female manager, I was informed that she was let go. So if you stopped going here because of her, I encourage you to give it another shot like we did. The food was good, order correct. We had a little bit of a wait but they were busy and my order was kinda large. (3 pizzas and breads.)"
