"Our family travels a few times to Tennessee from Florida each year. With the drive usually split up over two days, we stop and spend the evening in Suwanee. Every time we come to the area, we go to this Mellow Mushroom location. The food and atmosphere is fantastic. I actually feel that the food quality is better than our local Mellow Mushroom in FL. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if it’s just been luck of the draw or an actual consistent issue, but the service has been terrible on every visit. Our visit last week had the server forgetting my wife’s pizza, which luckily the manager had just stopped by and he was able to get it, but the server had no personality, was completely inattentive, and really seemed to have no interest in her job. Luckily the food here has kept us coming back. Also, I didn’t find the server’s nickname on the receipt to be appropriate in any way, shape, or form. Please fix the service!"

"We fancied pizza on Saturday, and wanted to try something different. This place had decent reviews, and so we headed in. First up, it's not a huge place so seating is a little cramped, but the vibe is good. Atmosphere points knocked off due to the restrooms being just downright flight, with litteral feces on the wall of one of the cubes in the ladies. The service was great though and our server was very attentive and refilled drinks and got the food out to us in time and piping hot. Now, pizza I get is a very subjective food, you like what you like. But, I am with one of the previous reviewers here, it is pretty bland, it needed seasoning, and even with added parmesan and crushed red pepper (dried stuff on the table), it wasn't great. It lacked a salty kick, which is odd when you consider we had bacon on one of them. For the price I was expecting this to be a great pizza, and it just kind of fell flat. The pizzas looked amazing as you can see from the photos, but they were style over substance, and need that little extra to make them worth it."
"I’ve only been a couple times but if you’re craving fresh pizza, come here! I came during lunch and the service was great and the pizza was delicious. They also have an outside seating area as well. You can order by number of slices or a whole pizza (small, medium, large)."
