"Last night was a first, and not a good one. We sat down to dine at around 6:40pm the place was busy as expected on a Friday. After our meal, there were plenty of open seats as the dinner crowd had thinned. We were seated at a table in the bar area. We spent approximately an hour after we finished eating chatting with our friends, NEVER seeing our server after the bill was given to us. The manager came to our table and explaining the low salary of the server and that he worked primarily for tips. The manager offered to move us so that he could flip the table. He had no idea that we tipped sufficiently to account for the added time we spent at the table. Again, there was plenty of other seating available for new guests. Our extra tip was despite the fact that our server never came back to see if we wanted another drink. The tip was changed to my standard 20%. To bad for the server who would have made much more had he not complained to his manager to get us to move. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this location with current management."

"This review is to applaud the young gentlemen waiter KEVON who handled our party of 10 like a soldier!!! He was just the right waiter to handle a large party of women. He was very patient, kind, and courteous. In a packed house with no available tables and a line out the door, he made sure our food was hot off the press and that we had exactly what we ordered. I wish more young Gen Z generation could imitate his customer service skills because we certainly appreciated the professionalism. Thank you KEVON for handling our table with great customer service. I recommend if you go ask for his table."

"The potato skins were very good. The 6 ounce filet was delicious. Steak fries were ok. Cat fish was also good. They get very crowded in the evening, do be prepared to wait. We went on a Thursday and there was a wait by 5:15 pm. Bbq ribs & loaded potato were great- steak tips with peppers and rice were delicious. Our party enjoyed our meal."

"First time leaving a review for this establishment. Went with a party but only got to take a picture of my entree. I ordered their Bone-In Ribeye with Caesar Salad and Macaroni and Cheese. The Bone-In Ribeye was flavored with salt and pepper very adequately. I didn't need to use any other sauces or salt to enjoy my steak. It was a bit burnt in certain parts but was acceptable. A party of mine had her steak burned more severely. The Caesar Salad is as usual and had no complaints there. The Macaroni and Cheese came out looking like those generic, instant ones you'd find at grocery stores, but to my surprise, it was delicious. The macaroni was well-cooked and cheese was flavorful."

"Absolutely disgusting! We found a bug with long legs in our salad. Then they brought our daughter a raw & bloody kid steak. One would think the manger would’ve come over & apologized at the very least, but instead our nice waitress told us that the manger said that our appetizer would be free. What a joke. My son ordered a chicken caesar salad for dinner & after seeing the bug in my salad, he lost his appetite & canceled his dinner salad. I also canceled my dinner, because at this point I’m disgusted & lost my appetite. So we both didn’t eat dinner. We still had to pay for our daughter’s raw & bloody steak, which we sent back to cook more. In hindsight, we should have just left. We’ll never go back. This place is nasty, and management needs improvement to say the least. Management gave zero cares about the bug in our food, that much was obvious."
