"Customer service is always great. The sandwiches have so much meat (enough for 2 sandwiches, literally). The smoked wings and fried okra are delicious. I enjoyed every bite."

"***UPDATE*** I spoke to the manager on 12/14 who was amazing in how she handled everything when we spoke. I will definitely go back because of her. My daughter and I went in that evening and met with her and really enjoyed talking with her and hope the next time I go back, she is there. I give her store 5 stars. The other young lady who was a shift lead is now trained in refunds, which will definitely help in any future incidents. I went in 12/12/2023. I had an order around 515 or 530 for a pick-up at 815. I ordered their chicken tender special and a small peach cobbler. My order was not ready, and I had to wait at least 15 mins for my order. The girl with glasses at the register could care less if I or any other customer was in the store. She not only had a bad attitude but was also extremely rude and disrespectful. When my food did finally come out, I was missing my cobbler when I told her she said we are out of cobbler. We have brownies. I told her I wanted a refund, and she just walked off. At this point, I am now getting frustrated. I go to the counter bc she is in the back, and another young lady is at the register, who I was told was a manager. I explained to her I wanted a refund for the cobbler and she then goes to the back and she comes back and tells me I will have to call back and speak to a manager to get a refund. Come to find out there was no manager. In the meantime, my daughter overhears the rude cashier with the glasses talking about me to other customers in don't of other customers. My daughter told her she would recommend if she cares about her job that she not talk about her customers like that and her response was pssssh I don't care and walked to the back in which my daughter could see her back there running her mouth even more. This is not an employee I would have working any establishment I ran. I have never had to deal with this level of disrespect. I will be calling them today, and I did email corporate, which I have not gotten a response, which is why I posted a review."

"Just ordered thru door dash. We ordered the 2 meat plate and 2 vegetables. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce on the grilled chicken and the smoked chicken wings. Nope not one ounce of BBQ sauce anywhere. Secondly my smoked wings were burnt and over cooked and hardly any meat. I couldn’t eat them hardly. The grilled chicken was so dry and over cooked that my Mom about choked on a piece of it. It was quite a expensive meal that was extremely hard to eat. We ended up throwing it out. I tried to complain on phone but phone was busy for ever."

"Absolutely disgusting! For some reason my GrubHub option was this location and was the first time and will most certainly be the LAST time I would ever waste money at this establishment. I have emailed the store as well. The order was all wrong, drinks missing and this so-called BBQ (pork) is horrible! It is so greasy it is swimming in grease in the box (see photo), flavorless AND full of fat, a piece of a bone and had to be drained of grease and "fried" in a pan before we could even eat it. The chicken tenders are "grilled" but not fully cooked. They went straight in the trash. The fries were swimming in the lemon pepper sauce that was meant for the tenders and were the wrong side, the order was for potato salad. Everything was stone cold and the 2 drinks were missing. A waste of money and very disappointing."
