"I’ll be honest, reading the reviews the rating of three stars is generous. The restaurant has the advantage of being a Chipotle that’s about it. Glad to see people expressing similar sentiments. Make chipotle great again, please"

"Stopped in the other night around 730PM and they were out of several key ingredients for some reason. Despite not having half the ingredients to make a burrito bowl still charged me extra for the very last bit of guac in the bin. The bigger problem was the cashier Tuesday night. After going through the line and having a bowl made, she puts it in the bag for the guest before me for some reason. I think she even charged the prior guest for my order... As soon as I realized what just happened I told her while there was still ample time to stop the prior guest from walking out with the wrong order, but she just stood there with a blank stare.... after about a minute of looking at me like I did something wrong, she asked me if I would get back in the back of the line and repeat the ordering process... Thankfully another employee realized her mistake and remade my order on the spot, which I paid full price for (and extra for the guac), but this weird experience was enough to keep me from stopping in again."

"I’ve been here several times and it’s starting to get ridiculous. The portions are pretty big which can be nice but how is this place constantly running out of things more than an hour before closing? I get wanting to get things done ahead of time, but why are closing cleaning tasks being prioritized above making sure there is at least a somewhat correct amount of food prepared. This feels like a management issue that needs to be corrected. I don’t usually leave reviews, but, as someone who as worked in food service, there is only so much slack one can give."

"Food: Quality used to be good. This is the 2nd time in 3 visits they burnt my order, specifically the quesadilla. As for portions, I noticed the franchise has been skimping out on ingredients and putting less and less, especially for mobile orders. I advise you to wait in line and order eye-to-eye to avoid this issue. If you do, however, order through their mobile app, please check the contents of your order before leaving. It may seem excessive but this is necessary to prevent getting taken advantage of. These cost cutting measures are directly affecting the consumer and it's not okay. Service: Be polite and you'll get what you need, as long as it's within reason. Atmosphere: this location has the same Chipotle feel as any other location I've been to."

"This isn’t the first time it’s been like this, kinda always is every time we come to this location. I think this will be the last time we come to this one. Food was ok at best, maybe wasn’t as fresh. Idk. But it’s always dirty in there. Not one table was clean when we arrived and no one cleaned them by the time we left. There was even spilled coke that you can see in one of the pictures. Not cleaned. I’ve seen other posts where this place is also dirty. It’s like that every time we’ve gone here. Service was ok, but have had some bad experiences in the past here."
