"Very clean establishment! The staff here are very welcoming kind. They move fast and get your orders started promptly. I truly appreciate Ms.Nicole's knowledge on the fruits bowls her expertise on which bowls or smoothies to try. The fruit is fresh and every bite is delicious. Last but not least the Green Detox is my absolute favorite go to smoothie when I'm not wanting sugary foods or drinks."
"First time visiting this location after having not been to any of them for a while because of subpar service and food quality. This location is the standard I am used to with them. We were warmly and promptly greeted when we walked in, our order was taken, and the food was excellent and promptly expedited to us. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this location."
"I used to love this place but after today will no longer be visiting. This was absolutely heinous, appalling, & disgusting to find at the bottom of what is supposed to be a yummy smoothie. Some either evil or incompetent worker left a whole bag inside of the smoothie. Truly unbelievable & scary to think this caliber of work goes on."

"I enjoy tropical smoothie at least once weekly but most times 2-3x. In recent weeks I noticed changes in service and quality. During todays visit I asked about a tall dark hair young man that I learned no longer works there sadly. Only thing worst than that news was the food. I mentioned in a survey before how my favorite sandwich is always made differently depending on who’s working. Today’s sandwich sucked. And then I opened my side and the portion was shocking. Kind of like there wasn’t enough to fill it or it was spilt in two. Maybe it’s just this location going through changes but…. Suwanee please do better. Staff are friendly most times so that’s a benefit. But great food and friendly staff are why I continued to come back. Why I downloaded the app to become a loyalist. I’d like for there to be focus on consistently delivering great food and service."
