"I was excited to finally have a chipotle 5 mins nears me that i visited the day it finally opened. I went in and was upset by the portion they were giving me. Every chipotle i been to they always serve two scoops of rice and a fair portion of meat and other stuff but this place gave me 1 scoop of rice and barely any meat, guac, lettuce, etc. I went again two weeks later and same thing. Chipotle is expensive and the fact that they serve so little is absurd."
"I was just there last night first and foremost, the portions were extremely small for the price that I had to pay. My food was cold, even though they were pulling it from a warming tray. The young lady at the register seem to have an attitude because I was paying in cash and did not get a receipt, the young man who was making my food, kept talking over it and talking to his friend, laughing as if they were out at a park between their conversation he would ask me and what else would you like like I was bothering them I would not recommend this location to anyone and I live right around the corner from it and I was happy to see it open because I’m a huge fan of Chipotle, my wife’s drink was room temperature with no combination in it the chips Queso was like buying a $.25 bag of chips and the queso was 1/4 full. When asked for more queso was told we have to charge you more very disappointed at this place."
"I was nervous to try the new location because of the reviews. I will say they must of read them and talk to the staff. You can tell everyone is still learning. There was a manager there (tall husky guy) patiently helping everyone and showed great leadership. The portions they gave me and everyone before seemed fair. It was clean but the line went kinda slow. Many are still in training but I appreciate them not rushing. I think with time and the manager they had today helping. They will get these reviews better."
"Workers did not speak English at all, had to use hand signals. Skimped on Portions. Would stick to Nam Dae Mun food court next to it. Additionally, the trashcan doesn’t even fit the trash."
