"First off the cashier Trudy gave some of the best drive thru customer service and maybe best in general! I had one of the best Steak n Shake experiences here. The fries were hot and well salted and the Garlic Steakburger was delicious! For some reason these 2 items haven't been well done at other locations and is my favorite, so I'm glad this location did so well with it."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I went through the drive-through and ordered an easy meal which they ended up getting wrong and waited 15 minutes for my order not only that when I asked them about the wrong order, she gave me an attitude and said you didn’t order that so you can go."
"Very nice lady at the drive through. But the food was disappointing. The burger was even thinner than a regular McDonalds burger. The milkshake was watery and not at all what I remembered. Overall I think Steak and Shake is cutting too many corners these days. Better food elsewhere."
"The team greeted us as we came in the door. The manager brought our food to us and checked on us several times to make sure we were OK and had what we needed. Nice experience."
"Ordered ahead but still had to sit in long drive through to pick up. No instructions on the app, so had to call to find out where to pick up. Order is correct, but Frisco melt was burned and fries were stale. Shake was good"
