Moe's Southwest Grill

"I can not understand how you at work and can not hear what someone says then assume they are trying to to be rude. Pico de Gallo is made with tomatos if you don't know that maybe you should not work in a southwest grill. Or maybe manager should do more training and get someone that listens even the other customer had to keep repeating themselves while talking to the young lady that is making people orders. Just horrible"

"My 1st Time to Moe's. My son works near by and likes eating here. He wanted my wife and I to try it. He gave us a 30$ gift cert for Christmas and told us to put the app on the phone. He reminded us of the $7.95 Monday Burito special. Today we tried it.. Worst Treatment I have ever had by any resturant!! First they said we could not get the monday special because we were first time customers. Then they said we could, Then They said we could not use the gift certificate with the special. So I paid with a card. We sat down to eat and I looke at the receipt and it was for $ 19.58. They charged $10.59 for the burrito plus 2.85 each for 2 cokes .I went back up and asked for the manager to come out when they got a chance. She finally came out and handed me $ 5.28 cash... tHE SIGN IN THE WINDOW SAYS NOTHING ABOUT HAVING THE APP. THE MANAGER SAYS THE GIFT CERT WAS SAME AS CASH!!! BUT WOULD NOT TAKE IT TODAY. . i WILL NEVER BE BACK!! BUT I WANT TO TRADE THE GIFT CERT BACK FOR $ 30 CASH...SINCE YOU WOULD NOT TAKE IT.. aLSO i WANT TO SEE THE FALSE ADVERTISING REMOVED FROM THE WINDOW.. (MONDAY SPECIAL)"

"Food & service are good. This particular location is in bad need of remodeling or having some new seating put in though. Everything is very tattered & old & the other half of the restaurant is closed off. Lighting is very dim. But if you're just looking to be in & out, it's good!"

"I came here to pickup dinner for my husband and I. The lady who helped us was very sweet and friendly. We got two nachos to go and they loaded it up with all the toppings we wanted. They had many options for toppings and sauces. Plenty of seating area and they have a little salsa bar that you can serve yourself. This location is very close to my house and has been great every time we come!"

"Quick lunch for 2 yelp This Moes had a large shared parking lot. We entered and placed our order.  The staff behind the counter was pleasant and moved us down the line quickly. The food prep area looked clean and all our burrito bowls looked fresh. The indoor dining area was large and I noticed a few tables outside. We decided to dine in and found a seat inside, near the door.  This location has a Coke freestyle machine for a wide assortment of drink options, but I only got water to go with my meal. Overall, we had a good experience visiting this Moes."
