"Firehouse may appear to be a "clone" of Subway... but the food and service couldn't be more different!! The cold and hot subs crafted by these sandwich experts are nothing short of divine! (Get the Hook & Ladder - thank me later) Everything always fresh and exploding with flavor. It may sound too good to be true - but it's the real deal! Nice atmosphere, great service, and awesome food! Make sure you introduce a friend to this restaurant, they'll love you for it!"
"It's the worst firehouse sub I ever had. First off. I ordered a roast beef sub. What I got was scraps. Pieces of small roast beef. About the size of a dime. order it was with cheese. They never got any cheese. All I got was a plain scrap sub. Not even a pickle with my sub. Nothing! Took 15 mins to make this sub, I am not joking one bit. It's the worst sub I ever had. hand down. Didn't waste my time driving back to complain. Never going back. If I were you. I'll stay away. Unless you want a scrap sub. Yes, it's that bad."
"I went in with a valid coupon that did not expire until the end of the night. Very explicitly lasting until 11:59pm of the night I went in. I showed them the expiration date, but that the code was coming up expired anyways. They refused to honor it. Edit: I entered a ticket with your support system per your suggestion."
