"CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! My company did work at several Jimmy John's in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan a few years ago and they were very slow to pay for the work. Recently, their regional facilities manager, Pat Matway contacted us to perform an emergency job in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We expressed our concerns with speed of payment in the past. Pat promised we would get paid quickly, if we would take the work. We completed the job two months ago and all attempts to get paid have failed. We have to pay several hundred dollars to file a lien on the property because these deadbeats choose to take advantage of small contractors."
