"They decided to close 2 hours early with no explanation. At first they started to take my order at the drive through and then rudely told me they were closed as if it was an arbitrary choice. I kid you not. The conversation was Employee : “hi, will you be using your rewards card? “ Me: “no, thank you” Another employee interrupts: “did you already place your order?” Me : “no” Employee : “We’re closed”"
"We have been going to this Smoothie King for many years and have to say that the ownership/crew here lately has been fantastic. Dwayne is very friendly and competent. He cares about his operation and works hard to get orders out fast. The smoothies are consistent in preparation. The others, whose names I do not know, are also good and helpful."
