"Most disappointing. A four piece chicken strip meal was unbelievably small. On top of that, dried out, and cold. Fries were even worse. Sweet corn was old uneatable, three it out. Last time at this store!"

"Went to KFC last night, there wasn’t a line so we thought that the food would come out quickly. We were wrong, ended up waiting 30 mins for 4 snack wraps and a pot pie. Why it took so long was because the lady on the register said that the pot pies were in the oven and it would be a 2 min wait. But in reality she meant a 22 min wait. So we waited for over 30 mins. The guy that finally handed us the food said that the pot is going to be worth it. When we got the food, it was mediocre. So honestly i don’t think you should wait 30mins for anything in a fast food menu."
"This was my first visit to this location. Just happened to be Wednesday - 3 piece, two sides, biscuit, and drink for $6.99. Went around 145p. No line in the drive thru. Quick in and out. Most likely visiting again for the Wednesday special. Update: I went back two weeks later around the same time and ordered the same special. This time chicken was a bit dry. Potatoes were lumpy. Unfortunately, they were out of tea, so I ordered punch but tasted like it had no sugar. I'm not sure if it was the chicken or the potatoes, but after eating something, I had a soapy aftertaste."
"So first of all I have to say I love KFC. I have never had any problem with my orders. I eat from KFC once a week. But my last 3 visits had been so bad. First visit, they were short on staff and I don't have a problem with that I understand if the food takes a bit long. The problem was that I received one of drinks half empty. I believe they didn't refill it after the foam went down. Second visit, the chicken was soggy. It was not fried enough so when I got home I couldnt eat it because it was so gross. I don't even know how in the world the employees didn't see how bad the chicken was. Third and last time, the chicken was worst than the second time. Not all the way cooked. So yeah I don't think I will be eating KFC for now. And one more thing we always have to go back to get ketchup because they don't even put a pack of ketchup with the combos."
