"It's hit and miss when you go inside to order and eat inside. One time, we waited 20 minutes, but every car in the drive-through was moving at a fast rate. I asked about our order for my wife and I, and the lady told me all the chicken sold out. We will need to wait another 20 minutes. I told her to cancel our order and refund me. It seems these days that the drive-through window gets better and faster service at most of the fast food restaurants. We reluctantly went back about 3 weeks later and got our food fast. The chicken itself was average. There is too much black pepper flavoring for my taste. BTW... My brothers and I owned and operated a fast food franchise for 26 years. (1972 to 1998) We definitely had better fried chicken and "No drive through window"! Really miss those days when businesses appreciated their customers."
"My FAVORITE!!! The food of course is amazing but so is the staff!! I've never had bad food or a bad experience at Carters. Sammy is the beat gizzard cook and all the ladies up front are extremely kind!! See yall soon!!"
