"I was suffering from flu- like symptoms and did not feel able to wait hours at the typical urgent care centers. I found MD Medici via online search and was very pleased that they offered urgent care appointments and could see me the very next morning. I was able to complete all of the paperwork in advance so check in was fast and professional. I was seen right away by medical staff who were friendly, polite and actually listened. Following that, I was actually seen by Dr. Elango, which can be rare nowadays that you actually spend time with an M.D. This was hands down the best urgent care experience I've ever had which is important when you are sick. Following my urgent care appointment, I was also quickly able to undergo an immunity boost IV as part of their wellness practice. 5-star service and care! Very pleased and strongly recommended!"

"This was not my first time coming to Medici and just like before, my experience was amazing. I was greeted immediately by the front desk personnel and taken back in a timely manner. The NP, Catherine, was very patient and addressed all of m concerns. She showed an interest in me personally and medically. The clinic was warm and inviting. I will definitely be back. "Very clean and the lady that helped me before the NP was fantastic! The NP Catherine Clark, NP! literally rushed me out. When I told her my toe was hurting she said it looks just like my other toe when it didn’t. I felt like my pain was minimized and she ran out of my visit as if there were people waiting….when I also asked about my digestive issues the NP didn’t even have the respect to hear me out and understand my issues and just told her nurse (?) we’ll refer you. Doesn’t this office offer wellness? At least have the respect to hear me and see me. I didn’t feel seen and I wonder if my skin color had something to do with it….so sad 2/10 (only because the lady at the desk was so kind to me and took her time with me). When they left me in the room they just left me there and so I walked out and she had a tone to her telling me you could've stayed in the room. Well no, the way I was just left in there ugh! So heart breaking. Never again. Update: Seems to be a trend with Catherine Clark, NP on swelling and pain when it comes to black women. Just 7 months ago a review was made about her. A SHAME!! I just wonder about the other people who haven't said anything. MEDICI get a hold of it! This could be bad!!! SHE IS THE PROBLEM!!"

"I've been to this location twice and must say... their level of care is consistent, as is the office's professionalism and friendliness. Their offices are not only clean and welcoming, the equipment used is update-to-date. Some urgent care places I've seen before just don't seem to take the same pride in their facilities as MEDICI does."
