"Sooo not only is the chicken to bun ratio off, but the chicken tastes old and bad … did y’all give me old chicken from yesterdays frozen biscuits or what??? I took two bites while not really paying attention and it was just bread. I wanted fried chicken. Truman is rolling around rn. I’ll take my $$ back thanks so much."
"This is the first time I have EVER witnessed entire staff ignore customers and not be attentive to everyone's needs. Witnessed one lady wait at register over 3 minutes as employees walked past her multiple times. When young lady did ask her if she had been waited on, she never apologized for the wait. Certainly not what we are used to from Chick-fil-a. Suggest retraining staff to standards that others are able to uphold."
"Excellent service as always, great food, and very friendly employees. Even though I had to go back to the counter to remind them of our milk shakes, the supervisor apologized even though I was not upset and brought two complimentary brownies. This is the courtesy and genuine care that is missing in most businesses these days. Great job. I will definitely be coming back."
"We ordered large fries but they weren’t quite large enough, oh and they were super soggy too. We also ordered orange fanta but she didn’t put it in the ticket. Ordered large sweet tea and large water but we got medium. Also ordered a grilled wrap but it wasn’t grilled. Too much to complain."
"I am a traveling clinician and at the end of a long day I stopped to grab something to eat. Let's start with the very luke warm service. Nobody seemed happy to have a job. I drove .03 miles to my destination. ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD. There is nothing worse than fries that have been sitting. You absolutely tell my sandwich was not fresh, nor was it a whole piece of meat (extremely thin). It was money wasted."
