"I have been a customer of this location for a long time and I come here almost everyday. Today, my experience was horrible! I ordered a chicken pesto wrap and as I was ordering the lady ringing me up had a horrible attitude when I asked her to make the sandwich extra toasted. When my sandwich came out I asked for sriracha sauce and she tried to charge me $2 for a sauce when I eat here almost everyday and have never gotten charged for sriracha! As I told her that seems off she starts to just stare and laugh at my face. I called the number which had manager on it and he was just as rude as her. I asked them to refund me for the wrap and I don’t want it, he refused until I told him I will call the police. He was so unprofessional on the phone and very rude. I highly recommend taking your business where it is appreciated!"

"Hours on the door and website say they open at 7am. I came at 7am after a workout for a post workout smoothie, the worker looks at me and then hides. I stand outside in the freezing cold for 10mins before I go back and wait in my car. The delivery guy (who delivers their daily delivery) also had to wait out in the freezing cold as well. Please update hours on door and site if you are unable to open up on time."

"Never ever order from this place!! There food is flavorless. They don't fill your drinks always up. Overly priced!! Do not waste your money. There are better places to order pure fresh flavorful healthy smoothies, bowls, etc."

"Unfortunately the service here has changed. First and foremost, I've caught Waji watering down my Smoothie and using non Kale Me Crazy ingredients (like Jiffy Peanut Butter). They are cutting corners. Secondly, after a Hiatus I'd decided to give them a second chance because they are close to home. They're understaffed which I can understand. However, on today I'd gone in to order a Smoothie and it was taking long to prepare so I'd asked to cancel the order. They charged me for another Smoothie instead. I'd asked to be refunded and instead they asked if I could "wait a few minutes they'll prepare my Smoothie fast". I waited and was handed my Smoothie. I'd asked about the refund for the overcharge (I paid for 2 Smoothies) and was told that I had to write my number down and wait to speak with the manager. That's a very shady way to do business! Employees there can take your hard earned money (they can be trusted to do that) yet when they make a mistake they have no ability to refund. That's a problem. The owner is great. The service is great when he's there. I just told them to keep the money, it's not worth the hassle. I will not return there again ever!!!!"
