"I paid for my X-ray up front at Tanner on Dixie St. because they said I would get a discount. They had a copy of my insurance card also. Now I have a collection bill and I called Blue Cross and they also paid my bill and I was informed that I am actually owed a refund for $50 because they double dipped. I called the collection agency and they didn’t care, I then called Tanner and they said it was all done through Ga West Imaging(although it was a Tanner building) so they couldn’t help. I called the number she gave for Ga West Imaging and got a full mail box recording! I will not go here again for any service! Horrible!"
"Hate to pile on as I've never given a "one star" before....but, I just randomly received a collections letter from Stallings Financial Group on behalf of Georgia West Imaging PC for a $22.74 bill that was paid in December! We never received correspondence either. I've emailed GWI, so maybe I can get this resolved without headaches. (Nope...email just bounced back and VM is full - nice!) WE PAY ALL OF OUR BILLS ON TIME!"
"Dont expect a bill until you receive one from collections. It happens everytime Tanner has used these people. Update: I called them to pay my bill, and they still sent it to collections!!! I had to get my bank to send a statement to show I already paid Ga W Imaging"
"Just like everyone else here no bill was mailed out, but was turned directly Into collections. Literally the most incompetent staff i have ever seen. It was a struggle just to get an associate to simply email me a document of the bill in question. No matter who answers your phone call you will never get a straight or clear answer. Just a bunch of thieves hiding behind a hospital and collections agency."
"I made the full payment as soon as I received my bill. I went through the automated phone line. It took some time to get the payment completed because the automated phone line is so delayed. You do not get a receipt unless you go through the steps to request it. I kept getting hung up on; however, I finally got through the steps after several tries. A week later, I had not received my receipt so I called and was told it would take 7 days to get a receipt which is ridiculous. If I'm paying any kind of money I want a receipt. Please know, you can be nice as you want to be but if your processes suck - you deserve no stars, sorry. Please get it together!!"
