"Fastest MRI I’ve ever had done!! It literally took about 5 minutes for the complete scan to be done. New technology is amazing. A larger MRI that’s fast so it reduces the pain of laying there on that table during the scan. They gave me headphones to listen to music of my choice but I didn’t get to finish the second song. I was impressed!!"
"They called me the day before the appointment wanting $313 even though my insurances would have paid 100%. They apparently are charging their patients and insurance companies or double dipping. I'm presently owned over $1,700 from this practice. They will tell you that your insurance company will reimburse you and most likely they will if you fill a claim to be reimbursed. Meanwhile the "practice" has double payment until you fill your claim. At some point the "practice" reimburse the insurance company(s) and eventually you get your money back. Of course many people, especially elderly people don't know how to get their money back."
"All the employees at American Health Imaging Rome were very courteous and expediently helped us. We were in and out of there quickly. They did a through job and didn't waste our time. They made sure that they gave us enough details so that we understood exactly what to do. Although there is construction going on, we were not impacted by it in any way."
"This place is a joke! It was great when it was Coosa but since American Health took over the quality and compassion has gone downhill fast! The old receptionist was sweet and so compassionate. This new person is cold and nasty. Why do companies hire people that don’t know how to handle phone conversations? I tried to get an appointment recently and was told I needed to submit my request form. Done then I’m told there’s no appointments. I could’ve saved time and not sent my info if she had told me up front they were booked out. I’ve never had to send in my form before I always brought it with me. I was then put on a cancellation list. What a joke! Never will I call this place again! They should’ve left it as Coosa with the Coosa staff."
"They know me well, unfortunately. I can only use this center for my MRI’s as I have an implanted spinal cord stimulator and their MRI machine has the appropriate frequency. The staff is always professional and friendly. Very clean location."
