The food was absolutely delicious, and Tracy and her crew provided seamless service. Coordination of the event was easy and the results were outstanding. "I absolutely love Johnston's. ALL their meats are top notch. My only compliant is that when you ask for them to cut it differently than they think it should be it is a Big Problem and you come home only to be aggravated by spending your money for something you don't want. I have brought it back a couple of times and wasn't treated very nice. There are some personnel that are down right nasty to others that a very pleasant. I continue to go there because no matter the price I know I am getting the best meats possible. My husband on the other hand wants me to stop going there. He says he wants what he wants and is wiling to pay for it. If they won't do it find a place that will."

"So worth the 2 hour drive from Mossy Head/Defuniak Springs area. Best pork shoulder steaks we have ever had. Love the Beef Chuck Roast, it melts in your mouth when pressure cooked!!!! And the hamburger is to die for. Customer service is top notch. They even filled our cooler with ice for free for our 2 hour drive home. We will always buy from here from now on. A customer for life."

"The best butcher shop I’ve even purchased from. Live cattle comes in through the back of the process plant. 21 days later dry aged meat ends up in a display case. Best Ribeye ever! Sausages are to die for. They even have freshly made donuts daily. Finally if you like bacon they will custom slice it for you as you wait."

"This place is a classic must go to. Friendly service great food and prices. It is well patronized and you'll find lots of gift choices. The sausage is amazing. Hoop cheese, pickled eggs, bone-in pork chops, chicken thighs and pig tail are all great. It's an enjoyable motorcycle ride from Tally and if you don't get a homemade donut . . . you're off my Christmas Card list!"
