"The aisles were neat and easy to access. The store was very clean. I liked that there was a self-checkout available near the cash register. The only thing I found dissatisfactory was the prices for the items I was looking for. Definitely, I will need to look at the coupons next time. Otherwise, I like coming to this store."

"Terrible pharmacy. I was instructed by my doctor to call cvs pharmacy immediately to confirm 3 things. 1 They had received the orders. 2 They had prescriptions in stock. 3 They would be filled before closing. Called poked buttons, transfered to pharmacy, someone answered and put me on hold for 30 seconds, then was disconnected. On a landline, you can tell when someone puts a phone back in the cradle because of the rattling clunk. I called again after a few minutes, thinking it was a simple mistake. When the pharmacy answered, an ominous clunk was heard as soon as the call was picked up. Immediately, i called a third time and was greeted with the same clunk of a phone being picked up and immediately hung up. But wait, it gets worse. Me being me, i called cvs again and worked my way threw button pushing question answering he**, got lucky and was connected with someone in the front of the store. I was very aggressive and got the person to carry the phone to the pharmacy without putting me on hold. Talked with pharmacist who was constantly trying to put me on hold. Told her my position. She confirmed cvs had received prescriptions, had them in stock and told me they would be ready at 2pm. I stressed the importance of an accurate time of being ready b/c i had to get someone else to pick up. Low and behold, my mother showed up at scheduled time and waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Why can't people do their jobs. Why cant people be polite. Why can't people schedule themselves accurately. Enough ranting, would have been better driving to a private/non chain pharmacy 40 miles away."

"Was immediately insulted by staff upon entry, employee then insulted me to other customers, and again as I left. I did not say a word, that was why they insulted me. I deal with multiple mental health conditions from my time in the military, and in prone to panic and anxiety attacks when in public by myself, this is exacerbated but not only being made the center of attention, but the center of insult by the staff of one of the few pharmacies in this area that I have access to. I am unable to leave the house most days due to my physical and mental health, thank you for this wonderful experience today, only two stars due to location and ease of access."

"I wish I had read the reviews on how bad the pharmacy is so I wouldn't have wasted time making an appointment to get vaccinations. I showed up early at my appointment time, clicked the check-in link in the text message, and spoke to a woman at the pharmacy counter. She said someone would be with me in a minute. I waited for 15 minutes, and still no one showed up with shots. No one followed up with me as I stood there watching 2 women help person after person in the drive-thru. If the pharmacy is understaffed and incapable of handling the drive-thru AND vaccinations, then don't offer vaccination appointments. The purpose of an appointment is for both people to show up at the same time, so no one wastes their time waiting on the other person."
