"You can call, no one picks up. Leave messages, no one returns your calls. I know the pharmacy is closing, but the techs still need to do their jobs. They have always been slow, had bad customer service, and have NEVER answered the phone. People should not feel like an inconvenience trying to get medications that they need."

"I usually have to wait for my prescription for 10 to 30 minutes there even though I phoned in the request for my medications a day or two in advance. However the pharmacy employees are very courteous and pleasant. **This Pharmacy will be permanently closing soon!! I believe the last day of business is 10/30/2023.**"

"They never answer their phone. I work for a doctor's office and had to call in prescriptions. They don't answer. You have to leave a message. Then they claim they didn't get the prescription because they don't check their messages. I have tried to call them for my prescriptions. I gave up."

"First off, I love this store with an exception. All the workers are fantastic except a couple I've had a “not-so” good experience with. The one I don't care for, and she don't make Winn Dixie look good either, is Rita. The bushy hair one that always has an attitude like I'm the reason she has to work. I don't necessarily fill anything, but I always accompany a friend. Every time we come, she's rude, and it's been times when we have been ignored. For example, when we walk up, she makes eye contact, doesn't speak, and then walks out of the pharmacy without letting others know we are waiting. I feel like that is beyond rude. One day I noticed a new girl was working, and I was excited because I thought she was replaced but today, I realized it was only a hope. I hope something is done with her because the technician Rita as a person, does not represent Winn Dixie. Thank God for the other ones."
