"The supermarket is beautiful, fancy and well overpriced for the same exact products found at Kroger. But for the experience, I would gladly pay the 50% markup BUT...the customer service really lacks. Employees work like zombies, don't care and don't even greet you. The fish counter takes the lead on horrible customer service. You ask for the specific piece of fish and the lady literally doesn't listen to what you ask for, never greets you and seems bothered by the fact of you just being there.The checkout is an equally horrifying experience. My husband and I wanted to splurge on a nicer experience but this is the 3rd time we get this lazy, don't give a .., don't want to be here attitude. Sorry Fresh Market, you should screen your employees more thoroughly to match the price tag of the items in your store. You can get better customer service at Walmart...let that sink in."
"I enjoy shopping here. The manager named Jeff is truly amazing! On two separate occasions I experienced a matter involving management attention- when I spoke with Jeff, he went above and beyond my expectations as a customer. Another reason I enjoy shopping here is because the quality of food and the staff are all very courteous and friendly, always willing to help when asked. Keep up the superb work!"
"I love it here. So many great, healthy food options and the prices aren't much different than Publix. You can even make your own freshly ground peanut or almond butter. The staff was helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!"
