"Beware! I tried to use my debit card at the pump here twice after it was mysteriously declined the first time. It turns out that the reason my bank declined the charge was that Circle K was preauthorizing $101 to pump gas, which caused it to be flagged by my card. Unfortunately I was charged this preauthorization twice. The cashier told me that the charge would take a few days to reverse. Beware using your card at this station."

"This is the kind of place that makes you realize it's cleaner to pee in the woods. The new "technology" is a joke. Why have two cashiers just for them to demand everyone use self checkout. Yes it's a gas station however staff is a trashy and unable to communicate in any other form aside from grunts and mumbles."

"Wow!! I have been in a LOT of Circle K stores over the years and have found them to have good to great customer service. The cashiers are usually very polite and helpful, and will usually give you a smile and say Hello. Today that was not the case. I was standing in line behind another customer, and initially thought the cashier was talking to her, then I realized the lady in front of me was not talking to the cashier. Then I saw the black ear bud in her right of the cashier and realized she was talking to someone o. Her cell about achild goi h to school, while attending customers at the counter. Completely ignoring the customer! She was scanning her items to purchase and taking her money, but otherwise acted like she didn't even exist. Then as I stepped to the counter she turned away from , as if I werent there, and walked over to the cigarette counter "acting" like she was doing something and she was just standing there. I am pretty confident that there is a policy in the store about not using personal cell devices when attending to customers. This was a terrible example of customer service and disrespectful to the customers. 2pm 7/29/2023"
