"There was only 1 checkout lane open at first. The line was nearly to the back of the store before they opened another checkout lane. The couple in front of me said it was their first time ever visiting an Aldi and asked if it was always this bad. I explained that I had never seen the line that long. Hopefully, they’ll try again. Once they opened a 2nd lane, the line moved much faster but customer service was lacking."
