"Griffin Hardware isn't what it used to be. They'll probably have what you need if it's common, everyday house use, or nuts and bolts. All Ace stores used to have someone knowledgeable in every area, but my experience said that's not true, anymore.. Needed some help with a plumbing product, but was told they don't have a plumber working there. I tried to look on my own, but couldn't find what I needed, so I gave up. Seemed as though I was a nuisance to the associate that asked if he could help. He did point out which aisles had plumbing projects I miss the old Ace Hardware experience"
