"Not sure if this is common occurrence but we got in a check out line and aleycia or something similar to that literally turned our basked upside down and then as she scanned would throw our items down towards the bags, then gave us a dirty look like “well are you going to bag it???” Disappointing because every other time we have had a positive experience. Not the first time with her."
"Never any cashier lanes open. Only self check out especially during a busy holiday weekend. Hundreds of dollars worth of groceries that you have to ring up yourself while trying to make sure your toddler doesn’t go overboard in the grocery cart is less than ideal."

"This Kroger store consistently presents challenges for shoppers. The arrangement of food items is often disorganized, making it difficult to locate what you need. The store's cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and it appears that the management isn't prioritizing its upkeep. Additionally, stocking issues are noticeable. I recommend using this store only for quick, small-scale shopping trips. If you require a more pleasant shopping experience, consider visiting the Sand Springs location instead"
"Store closing early at 10 pm for the next week or so due to having new floors put in. Which by the way look marvelous and give the store a really updated look . They will be back to normal hours soon. Posted on August 17th 2023"
