"There really should be an option for NO stars. We lived here several years ago, and this was the pharmacy we counted on. Since coming back here we have found that it is not the same pharmacy that it was. The staff is rude and extremely slow. Also, the last time I was there, I had waited in line for 30 min.(during which time they were having conversations and laughing with one another about things that happened at home the night before and/or plans for the next night, rather than filling prescriptions, and when I was the next to be served I was told I would have to wait until after their lunch time - another 30 minutes. I realize that they have to have a lunch time, but wouldn't it make much more sense to stagger the staff's lunchtimes rather than having customers wait for over an hour just to pick up a prescription. They are also very pushy and called incessantly about refilling prescriptions. We ultimately could not continue to give our business to a pharmacy in such disarray. Walgreen's you have a real problem in this pharmacy, and someone should be addressing the issues."
"Rude employees and pharmacist in the Pharmacy Department. After I was notified our prescription was ready, I come to pick it up plus some other medicine for my sick child and they proceed to say "sorry it's backordered" with absolutely no courtesy. And, then when I ask what could be an over the counter option, the pharmacist never speaks to me but tells the other young lady what to tell me and we were all standing right there. I guess they were too busy discussing their show to actually help me. I will not be returning."
